North Carolina RFP for Quitline Vendor

North Carolina has just released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a QuitlineNC vendor.  The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified Vendors for evidence-based comprehensive tobacco use cessation services via a telephone service, named "QuitlineNC", toll-free to all North Carolinians.   Proposals are due December 2, 2014.  You may find the proposal at www.ips.state.nc.us<http://www.ips.state.nc.us> under the agency Department of Health and Human Services or directly at the following link:  https://www.ips.state.nc.us/ips/AGENCY/PDF/10507500.pdf .
