Request for Proposal (RFP) for Tobacco Cessation Services, RFP# 537-16-143698 (Supplemental)

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) on behalf of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) Division for Disease Control & Prevention Services, Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention Section, Tobacco Prevention & Control Branch (TPCB) announces the expected availability of fiscal year (FY) 2016 funds, from multiple sources to provide telephone cessation services including enrollment/intake into the program, culturally appropriate counseling, and distribution of nicotine replacement therapy, evaluation and reporting.   Only one entity will be funded through this RFP though more than one contract may be issued to perform services to meet requirements for tracking funds used for cessation services.
