Manager, Clinical Services at Arizona Smokers' Helpline (ASHLine).

The Manager of Clinical Services will supervise a team of behavioral counselors (quit coaches) and work integrally with the Assistant Director of the ASHLine to develop and maintain high-quality tobacco cessation services and protocols for the quitline.
In addition, the Manager will be involved in building and maintaining an evidence-based program that follows NAQC guidelines and ATTUD tobacco treatment specialist competencies all aimed to help individuals quit tobacco utilizing a variety of behavioral techniques and modes of communication, i.e. telephone, email, SMS, self-guided/web-based.
The  Manager of Clinical Services   will also be involved in developing and modifying specialized and tailored protocols for specific high-risk populations of tobacco users (e.g., low-income/Medicaid, LGBTQ, clients with mental/behavioral health). The Manager will support the development and implementation of process and outcome evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of the ASHLine’s clinical services. The Clinical Services Manager will join the ASHLine Management Team and will report to the ASHLine Assistant Director to assure quality service provision and fidelity to established clinical protocols.
