We are excited to provide the summary documents from our second Learning Community meeting on July 23rd, 2021, on Technology-Mediated Services. The meeting included panelists, respondents, and a speaker on real-world, practical application of Text, Web and Apps, Integration and Client Journey.   We invite the quitline community to review the recording and summary and provide feedback to Laurie Krupski, Senior Program Manager, to lkrupski@naquitline.org by September 13. 
 
Please review the summary of the dialogue and consider the following: 

• Reactions to the Considerations for Recommendations and ideas for additions, deletions, and changes. 
• Comments or responses to the Decision-Making Factors; and 
• Other technology-related topics you think we should explore as a Learning Community
