Request for qualifications - cessation policy strategic plan

ClearWay Minnesota(SM) has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a qualified vendor to develop a cessation policy strategic plan and implementation recommendations. Key qualifications include thorough understanding of the Minnesota health care system and health insurance market, familiarity with health care reform efforts at the state and federal level, and experience developing strategic plans and identifying key stakeholders. Responses are due May 12, 2011 by 4:30 p.m.
