The State of Vermont is seeking information that will enable the Vermont Department of Health (VDH), Division of Health Promotion and Disease Prevention (HPDP), Vermont Tobacco Control Program (VTCP) to determine the landscape of state-wide cessation services, such as telephonic, web-based, text based, and app-based counseling programs that include the integration of nicotine replacement therapy (NRT), as well as financial incentives related to client participation. Fulfillment of these solutions may be provided by a single vendor solution or use a lead vendor and applicable supporting subcontractors.
