Brian King, Director of the Center for Tobacco Products at the Food and Drug Administration, will provide an overview of the Tobacco Control Act, what is possible, the rulemaking process, and share regulatory updates. Mark Meaney, Director of the Commercial Tobacco Control Program at the Public Health Law Center, will provide a state level perspective of the tobacco regulatory process.
