Please join the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association, the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids and Legacy for a nationwide call Thursday, May 26th at 2:00pm EDT for an update on the next phase of FDA implementation.
Dr. Lawrence Deyton, Director of the Center for Tobacco Products (CTP) at FDA and Ann Simoneau, Director of the Office of Compliance and Enforcement at CTP will provide an update on a host of issues related to the implementation of the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (FSPTCA), including menthol, the regulation of e-cigarettes and other tobacco products and warning labels, among others.
