This November, the WHO tobacco treaty (the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, FCTC) will host the 10th round of negotiations (COP10) for this widely embraced public health treaty. Ratified by 182 countries, the FCTC codifies the best practices in tobacco control worldwide. ASH has attended every round of FCTC negotiations before and since its inception, and we'll be there again this year. Join this webinar to learn how the FCTC can inform your local public health work and which issues we are closely engaging on for COP10. To start, a human rights decision and the tobacco endgame are on the agenda – a first for the FCTC COP.
