Online Survey: links between smoking and sexual function

We conduct a new online survey. Its goal is to better understand the links between smoking and sexual function, a subject still relatively poorly documented. In particular, we wish to study the effects of smoking cessation on sexual function. If you have a website, could you please inform your readers of this survey? Link to the questionnaire:
