October 22 Deadline - 2025 Clean Air Excellence Awards

Applications for EPA's 2025 Clean Air Excellence Awards are now being accepted. The application deadline is October 22, 2024. 

The CAEA Program is open to both public and private entities. Entries are limited to efforts related to air quality in the United States. There are five general award categories:

1. Clean Air Technology
2. Community Action
3. Education/Outreach
4. State/Tribal/Local Air Quality Policy Innovations
5. Transportation Efficiency Innovations

There are also two special award categories:

1. Thomas W. Zosel Outstanding Individual Achievement Award
2. Gregg Cooke Visionary Program Award

Awards are given periodically and are for recognition only. Award-winning entries must directly or indirectly reduce pollutant emissions, demonstrate innovation, offer sustainable outcomes, and provide a model for others to follow.

All applicants must submit one original entry form and supporting documentation electronically or in hard copy to the address noted in the application guidelines document.
