We want to inform you that the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) is inviting comments on a draft research plan (Draft Research Plan: Tobacco Cessation in Adults: Interventions | United States Preventive Services Taskforce) regarding tobacco cessation interventions for adults. We encourage you and your organization to review the plan and share your feedback. Comments can be submitted on the Task Force's website (https://www.uspreventiveservicestaskforce.org/uspstf/) from February 27, 2025, through March 26, 2025. All submissions will be thoroughly reviewed and considered by the Task Force when finalizing the research plan, evidence review, and recommendation statement.
