This national webinar will highlight the importance of community partnerships in strengthening tobacco cessation efforts, showcasing a successful program that shares strategies for leveraging partnerships to improve community health with cessation initiatives. The session will also provide practical tools to help health center staff identify and build partnerships to address tobacco-related challenges and enhance patient care.
