This Collaboration Continuum workshop will address the challenges of collaborations, highlight the different phases of collaborative relationships, and provide strategies for initiating, managing, maintaining, and moving collaborations along the Continuum to enhance public health outcomes. During the second half of the workshop, attendees will work in small groups to unpack how they can move a current collaboration to a new level. To get the most out of the workshop, please identify a specific partnership or collaborative relationship to focus on during the activity.
