The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline initiative. The RFP and all related documents can be accessed HERE through the public bidding platform. Detailed instructions outlining the RFP process, submission requirements, and key dates are included within the RFP document. Please note that all communications regarding this RFP must be directed to the RFP Coordinator identified on the Cover Page of the RFP. If your organization has not previously worked with the University, please review the attached training guide on vendor registration and using our Jaggaer ERP Bidding Platform.
