The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is in the process of developing, electronically specifying, and maintaining clinical quality measures for five CMS hospital quality programs. Interested parties are invited to provide input on draft measure specifications for three Tobacco Treatment (TOB) measures, which are now open for public comment until December 4, 2015.
