Dear Colleagues,

NAQC is seeking two to three nominees for the Advisory Council. All nominations must be received by Wednesday, September 30, and new members will begin their terms on November 1. Nominees must be members in good standing.

The Advisory Council is a key leadership group of NAQC members that provides perspective, insight, and guidance on programmatic issues. Council members are appointed by the President & CEO, serve three‑year terms, and meet virtually up to four times each year with time commitment of approximately 3 hours per meeting; a list of current members is available on NAQC’s website.

In the coming year, the Council will help shape NAQC’s technology learning collaborative and Annual Meeting planning, guiding how we modernize tools, connect members, and design impactful convenings. Nominees should be familiar with and/or interested in quitline reach, sustainability, quality, and operations.

To nominate yourself or a colleague, please complete the short nomination form available here: https://www.naquitline.org/page/ACmembership.

I look forward to hearing your suggestions.

Many thanks,

Thomas Ylioja, PhD, MSW

President & CEO
