The CDC has announced the next release of its Chronic Disease Indicators (CDI) data. "The CDIs provide public health agencies with access to the most relevant, up-to-date, and uniformly-defined chronic disease surveillance data at the state level. Drawing upon numerous data sets to collect information, there are 18 topic groups that comprise 124 indicators."
