Abstract submissions are now being accepted for the Agents of Change Summit 2018 (scheduled for February 12-13, 2018). Breakout sessions will showcase behavior change programs that focus on one of four public health topics: obesity prevention, substance abuse & misuse, sexual health, and tobacco prevention & cessation. Case studies, academic sessions and sponsored sessions are now being accepted. Submit your public health case studies, research and innovations for your chance to join the Agents of Change lineup.
