    - FDA issued warning letters and fines to over 1,300 retailers for violations on selling e-cigarette products to youth and requested that the five largest e-cigarette manufacturers submit their plans to reduce youth consumption.
 
    - FDA launched their latest iteration of “The Real Cost” campaign, which aims to educate youth aged 12-17 on the risks of e-cigarette use through digital advertisements and school posters.
 
    - FDA opened a public comment opportunity for the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company’s modified risk tobacco product application for its Copenhagen Sniff Fine Cut product. 
 
    - FDA is seeking nominations for voting members of the Tobacco Products Scientific Advisory Committee through Nov. 13.
