The Asian Smokers' Quitline (ASQ) now have their self-help smoking quit kit materials available via email!
This means it is easier to pass on the information and share the message to quit smoking. Printed materials are still available via mail upon request.
ASQ is a free nationwide Asian-language smoking quit line service funded by the CDC. They are operated by the Moores Cancer Center at UC San Diego. On top of printed materials, ASQ also provides in-language phone-counseling (Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese) as well free nicotine patches.
