CDC Update on Cessation Text Messaging Portal.

Initially a pilot for the portal was to launch in early 2021, however, due to some technical challenges is is scheduled to launch in early summer. The pilot will run for four weeks prior to expanding the portal nationally. Additional updates will be shared throughout the process.
