NAQC Learning Community on Technology-Mediated Services - Your Feedback Requested on Key Findings and Recommendations

Dear Members,

We are excited to provide the summary documents from our first Learning Community meeting on Technology-Mediated Services. The meeting included an expert panel on texting capabilities, web-based interventions and web-enabled approaches and technical considerations across multiple platforms. We invite the quitline community to review the summary and provide feedback as described below.
 
Meeting Summary 
Please review the summary of the expert panel presentations and moderated discussion and consider the following:
  • Reactions to the key findings and ideas for additions, deletions and changes;
  • Areas for potential recommendations*; and
  • Other technology-related topics you think we should explore as a Learning Community
How to provide feedback
