The FDA Center for Tobacco Products has a new Spanish-language website! The new website, www.fda.gov/tabaco , is part of our efforts to reach the Spanish-speaking community and provide key information to you as we work together to reduce the public health burden of tobacco use. We hope this new website will help us make further in-roads into communities who play a key role in tackling this important public health issue.
Visit www.fda.gov/tabaco for:
-The latest news from FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products;
-The Break the Chain of Tobacco Addiction retailer education campaign website, which includes FREE printed materials that can be ordered online;
-A digital timeline of the Tobacco Control Act, which highlights past achievements and upcoming deadlines required by the Act;
-Federal resources on youth tobacco prevention, effective treatment for nicotine addiction, and tobacco research and statistics;
-And much more!
Help Spread the Word We hope you find our new Spanish-language resources useful in your communities and would appreciate if you would share this resource with your networks. We’ve created promotional materials such as sample emails, tweets, and text messages that you can easily send to your networks in Spanish or in English.
