Public Health Law Center has just released an
overview of U.S. state laws requiring mental health and substance use
facilities to provide tobacco dependency treatment in clinical practice. This
resource, which includes links to state tobacco dependency treatment laws, relevant
definitions, online resources, and related information, is a working document
that will continue to be updated.
