A watershed moment in LGBT Health

Lack of data is the single largest gap in the LGBT tobacco and
health arena. Yesterday [June 21,2011] we got wonderful news about Secty Sebelius' public
commitment to close this gap. We should all be very pleased, this is a
watershed moment in a science advocacy effort that has lasted over a decade. The
Network for LGBT Health Equity applauds Secty Sebelius for this statement - and
we very much look forward to seeing specific implementation plans.
