The Center has updated its interactive map of state e-cigarette laws and summaries. The map and summaries are based on a survey and analysis of e-cigarette-related statutes in all 50 states, Washington, DC, and five U.S. territories as of June 15, 2025. These latest resources can help public health advocates across the U.S. track trends as they look to strengthen local policies.
