The Majority of E-cigarettes on the Market are Illegal

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has only authorized a total of 39 e-cigarette products, including products from the Juul, Logic, and Vuse brands. The remaining e-cigarettes on the market, many of which are disposable, lower in cost, stronger in nicotine concentration, and bigger in volume, are being sold illegally and pose a significant threat to public health – especially for young people.
