Truth Initiative and the NAACP have announced a partnership to address the tobacco industry’s exploitation of Black communities and empower individuals to quit through EX Program, a free digital quitting program that can increase the odds of quitting by up to 40%. Together, Truth Initiative and the NAACP will advance the mission of the Breath of Freedom coalition, reframing quitting as an act of liberation and resistance to the tobacco industry’s targeted exploitation.
