Is Your Quitline Using the Take Back and Transfer (TNT) Protocol?

We have received a number of requests from quitline service providers regarding use of the Take Back and Transfer protocol for routing calls that your quitline may receive from another state/province back to the appropriate quitline. Please note that the TNT protocol allows calls to be re-routed to the correct service provider, including the Asian Smokers’ Quitline and providers in Canada.
