While Cost of Living Rises, Nicotine Gets Cheaper

While the cost of living continues to rise, nicotine has become increasingly affordable; especially for young people. This trend is driven by the rise of high-nicotine, disposable e-cigarettes, which are not authorized for sale yet remain widely available. Stronger policies, including higher taxes, price minimums, and enforcement against illegal products, are needed to reduce youth access and nicotine use.
