The American Lung Association has an excellent opportunity for a Director, Advocacy, Pennsylvania. Working as a member of the Advocacy and Public Policy department, you will join an outstanding group of professionals dedicated to our mission: to save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education, and advocacy. The Director, Advocacy is a key member of the Pennsylvania Alliance to Control Tobacco (PACT) team and will be responsible for overseeing all advocacy related PACT activities. Working in collaboration with other team members, the Advocacy Director will ensure grant requirements and deliverables are met. Additionally, the Director is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of the local and state public policy initiatives for the American Lung Association in Pennsylvania, as well as assisting our Washington, DC staff with our Federal priorities. This position is partially grant-funded.
